Code of Principles & Personal Conduct
Grenville Mutual Insurance Company (GMI) employees are professionals who must have a number of important character traits. Staff members make specialized and moral judgments that serve the interests of the company and policyholders. Therefore, GMI and its employees have a stake in the performance of its individual staff members. The Code of Principles and Personal Conduct applies to the behavior of staff members when performing their assigned job duties or representing themselves as a member of GMI outside the workplace.
