Get ready to make a claim

We know having a claim is stressful.  A little preparation will make the claims reporting process go more smoothly. Here are some of the things we may ask you:
Who

Was anyone injured in the event? If the event was a car accident, were there multiple people involved, who was driving?

What

What was damaged?  Was your home damaged, your personal belongings or both?  Was your car damaged, someone else's vehicle, or both?

When

Date and approximate time

Where

Where did the event happen, at home?  At the intersection of Main Street & Pine Street?

Why

Why did the event happen?  Do you know what caused the event to happen? Was it a burst pipe, car accident, or a fire?
