Board Member Opportunity – Grenville Mutual Insurance
Grenville Mutual Insurance is seeking a community-minded individual to join our Board of Directors.
We are a mutual insurer rooted in Eastern Ontario, committed to supporting the best interests of our policyholders and the communities where we live and work. As we look to the future, we are seeking a Board member who can provide thoughtful leadership and trusted guidance to support Grenville’s continued success.
We are particularly interested in individuals who:
- Have strong connection in their community
- Bring a proven track record of leadership and sound judgment
- Are motivated to contribute to the long-term sustainability and strategic direction of a community-focused organization
Experience in the following areas may be considered an asset:
- Technology and digital transformation
- Legal or regulatory expertise
- Governance and compliance
- Business strategy or financial management
Board Members can expect to commit approximately 5–8 hours per month, including regular Board meetings and occasional committee work.
